Grant agreement signed between the staff member and the higher education institution (2 copies)

Staff mobility agreement for teaching/training activities (approved by all parties) (3 original signed and stamped copies to be prepared: one for the Erasmus Office, one for the host university abroad, and one to be kept by the staff member)

Copy of the decision by the Institute/Faculty/School/Conservatory/Vocational School or University Executive Board
(For Erasmus activities longer than one week, Rector’s approval is required) -
Photocopy of ID card
After the Mobility:

Staff mobility agreement for teaching activities (the original copy signed and stamped by the host institution must be submitted to the Erasmus Office)

Certificate of participation

Proof of grant payment (receipt or equivalent document)

Documents showing travel dates (boarding passes)

Documents showing travel dates (passport identity page and pages with entry/exit stamps)

Survey / Staff Report: Participants who have benefited from teaching mobility are required to complete the online Participant Report using the Beneficiary Module (BM).
(After mobility, the National Agency will send the survey to your personal email, which must be completed.)
